CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final once shipped. An order can be cancelled by the customer until it has been shipped, and they will be issued a full refund. Customers who cancel custom orders will be charged a 15% fee. Play it by Steer reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if it deems these terms and conditions have been violated by the customer.
RETURNS
Customers may return merchandise for refund. If the product can be restocked upon receipt, Play it by Steer will provide a full refund, minus return shipping cost. Custom orders will be refunded at the discretion of Play it by Steer.
